My 2016 F150 would do that. I just took a small zip tie and cleaned the drain hole. Fixed the problem.

I have an 06 and it has drain holes in the bottom of the door. My only question is why is there a plug in those? I wouldn't put them back in because you see what's going to happen it needs to go on through.

My sister 2019 Jeep Cherokee has the same problem. but my 2014 frontier doesn’t so I’m not sure what went wrong.

That's how their built. Just leave the drain plug off. Water gets in thru the rain. You should pressure wash that hole once a year to make sure you don't get leafs or debris stuck in there

There should be drain holes in the bottom and they could be clogged, however the seal around the window should stop most of the water from entering. If it is has done it since new it's a problem it came with,if not it's a problem that either 1: you created or 2 : was created as a failure of a Nissan part

Happens all the time. Not just Nissan. Put a V shaped snip by the door drain. It will never happen again.

Keep the rubber clean and it won't do that. Spray it with a pressure washer regularly.

All vehicles are like that, companies will have drain plugs on each door to remove water, use a blower on other side of the door to get all of it out
