Normally, I bake pizza for 8–10 minutes on the barbecue at high heat, and that’s enough. But this time, because the dough was so cold, the bottom cooked fine, but the top didn’t! I had to finish it with 4 extra minutes in the oven on grill mode to get it right.
Lesson learned: Stick to the right dough for the right pizza! 😂
