Salt equals what? Rust If you use a truck primarily for spreading salt you're going to get salt all over the frame. Eventually the frame's going to rust, normally it splits where the cab meets the bed. That's the weird part so many other places to break but that's usually the spot. I guess most of the force is located in that area on rebound from bumps.
