I can’t kneel down due to this. My knee goes funny on the outer edge then I can’t walk or put any pressure on that leg for a few days. Physios can’t diagnose it so I’ve had to figure it out myself. Don’t know what else it could be other than it rubs the bone where it connects at the knee end.

I have a snapping hip and this was not helpful... Ya think I've never tried to roll it out my dude?? This was not helpful.
