2. Get enough product on your brush
3. Start around the edges first
4. Keep those edges wet
5. Don’t get too far ahead
6. Start with a clean roller
7. Use enough product
8. Cut across the line
9. Then go with the boards
10. Work towards an exit! (Most important tip) 😂
Done! Leave to dry for 3-4 hours before applying second coat.

I’ve been a floor sander for 37 years, never roll across the grain, roll wall to wall where possible to avoid lap lines, don’t paint too far ahead of yourself with brush as it’ll leave a picture frame effect. I use a 10-12mm microfibre roller and never have any issues, plus they last months
