Ingredients:
1.5kg - Mutton with Fat
250g - Gehu (Wheat)
50g - Jau (Barley)
100g - Chana Dal
50g - Moong Dal
50g - Urad Dal
50g - Masoor Dal
20g - Basmati Rice
100g - Tomatoes
1/2 cup - Cooking Oil
2 - Bay leaf
4 tbsp - Ginger & Garlic Paste
250ml - Milk
250g - Onion (medium size)
100g - Fresh Curd
1 tbsp - Chili Flakes
1 tbsp - Cumin Powder
2 tbsp - Kashmiri mirch powder
1cup - Fresh Coriander
1 cup - Mint Leaves
10। - Green Chillies
2 tbsp - Salt
2 tbsp - Coriander Powder
2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
4 tbsp - Garam Masala (Homemade)

and some fried Onions, Ginger, Fresh Coriander, Mint leaves, Lemon Slices and Chaat masala for garnishing
