राम माला के जप को बहुत शक्तिशाली माना
गया है। इस राम माला में सिर्फ एक मिनट से
कम समय में भगवान श्री राम का नाम 108
बार लिया गया है। ये राम माला मैंने इस
उदेश्य से बनाई है कि हम कम से कम
प्रतिदिन एक मिनट तो भगवान के लिए निकल
ही सकते हैं। अगर आप इस माला का अधिक
लाभ उठाना चाहते हैं तो 4 बार इसका जप सुना
व किया जा सकता है। राम माला का जप
शांति प्रदान करता है। कहा जाता है की भगवान
शिव भी इसी मंत्र का जप करते हैं और उन्होंने
माँ पार्वती को भी इसी मंत्र का उपदेश दिया था।
ये भी मान्यता है की हजार मंत्र जपने से जो
फल नहीं मिलता, राम मंत्र एक बार जपने से
बड़ा लाभ मिल सकता है।ये भी कहा जाता है की
राम मन्त्र जप करने या ध्यान करते रहने से
व्यक्ति की मानसिक शक्ति बढ़ती जाती है व
व्यक्ति स्वस्थ, सफल और शक्तिशाली महसूस
करता है। ये भी मान्यता है कि प्रतिदिन राम माला
का जप करने से सिद्धियों का द्वार खुल जाता है और
अगर किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या या बाधा है तो
राम मंत्र जप के माध्यम से हल कर सकते हैं। राम
माला के श्रवण या मनन से मन में सकारात्मकता
आती है। राम माला का जाप शोक और संताप
तक को मिटा सकता है।
