Again God is telling us to seek His face. He wants you to spend time with Him. And more importantly God, the creator of everything wants to spend time with you.

Do these things and God will hear your from heaven
He will forgive your sin and heal your land.
The things God is telling you to do, He will help you with. You have your part but God will be with you every step of the way.
