There’s only 2 possible reasons for this type of message:
- the boss just randomly likes to “inspire” & justify their existence
- boss heard from their boss that there’s too many complaints & people are gonna lose their jobs if reviews don’t go up but boss is sworn to secrecy.
Neither option is great.
