We are unfortunately going to see alot more people suffering tinnitus, other hearing problems and deafness in the future. Due to the over use of head phones, especially in already noisey environments such as trains etc. I regard head phones, ear phones and pods as aids to deafness. Hearing aids in 2024 cost around £400 and dont always work.
My advice is that any thing that you use to listen to music, podcasts, the radio on the go, you should use sparingly, as not only could they damage your ears, they can also distract you from what is going on around you, leaving you volunerable to pick pockets and assault.

Dont know if its connected but I only got tinnitus after the covid jab as did 3 other people i know of

I’ve got it, but my hearing aids make it disappear. I guess it doesn’t work for everybody but I wasn’t sure how I was going to continue to maintain my sanity with the ringing thank you, VA.
