The power settings have literally nothing to do with your performance. Those are energy saving methods by putting monitors in sleep mode, putting the pc in sleep mode and the final thing making the hdds stop spinning to conserve >ENERGY<. It does nothing for performance. The game mode only enables shit like the gamebar from xbox and the background recording is making such a minimal impact that you barely notice it unless your system is already at its limit. Garbage tips.
