福山市北部にある駅家町、この人物の妻は子供から大人までの書道教室をしている家なのですが、子供が他の習い事で忙しくなり、理由を話しお礼の品を持って行ったのですが、天満屋の品しか受け取らないと受けとらず、それから毎日何かと嫌がらせをしてくるようになりました。家の前で待ち伏せをしたり、ときには怒鳴ってきたり、私たち家族が出かけようとすれば、雨が降ろうが雪が降ろうが畑にかけってきて出てきて私たちに聞こえるように、急に大きな声で喋っては、何か大きな音をたてたり、家に帰ると合わせたようにお風呂のボイラーを鳴らします。私たちが寝ようとすれば、夜中の2時でもどんな遅い遅い時間でも、私たち家族の夜中を24時間ずっと監視してきては嫌がらせをしてきます。車のフロントガラスをエアーガンみたいなもので割られたり、ミラーを壊されたり、もう子供が書道教室を辞めたことから何10年間も嫌がらせを受けています。
