Tip for anyone who wants to do this. Take the doors off assemble and paint outside then install. Painting the doors and trim first then installing will make painting alot easier with less cleanup / risk of paint on your floors and walls.

I see what you were going for on the other side of the entry door 🚪
but the sides are too wide & the bottom piece is too small
Usually the middle and bottom are bigger with the top being the smallest & the sides matching the top.
If you ever try to repeat the other side's process. 👏🏼😁

I had cheap hollow core doors in my previous home and I just absolutely hated them and just bought new doors which were actually solid, much more attractive and made me feel safer.
