Never needed to do that. I just rip apart my entire loop, clean the blocks with isopropanol and soft toothbrush (not the acrylic parts of course) and then just rebuild the loop. It usually takes only a day. This video is IMHO insanely complicated method and will only deter those, who want to start with watercooling.

Rule of thumb - never use pastel od dyes liquids. Clear premix lasts for ages, I usually change my liquid every other year and never had problems with clogging the blocks...

Every year I take out my whole watercooled PC, take apart all the blocks, radiator and pump. Radiators get extra 3 hours flush with normal garden pump. Scrub fitting, replace orings if damaged. Put it back together, test with EK loop tester and pour the coolant. Im not pouring tap water into my loop for even a second. I buy 10L of distilled water for cleaning and rinsing.

2 things... I'm not putting tap water in my system and I'm not blowing into a tube. Me thinks someone is trying to sell more cleaning products...

I wouldnā€™t say that using your own breath is a good idea. To blow the system clear, I use compressed air set to no more than half a bar (thatā€™s 7.5 psi for the Americans). That clears it out well with no risk of contamination.

Changing antifreeze once a year is enough.

Wait a second I have a water cool PC am I supposed to do this every year because Iā€™ve had my PC for almost 3 years now itā€™s running great has no issues but Iā€™ve never changed the liquid out. Iā€™ve added liquid overtime a lot to be honest.

Lol, wow 3-4 days to clean a water loop. No thank you I'll keep to that clear stuff called water, it keeps my loop just as cool as your colored coolant and less expensive.
