Every year I take out my whole watercooled PC, take apart all the blocks, radiator and pump. Radiators get extra 3 hours flush with normal garden pump. Scrub fitting, replace orings if damaged. Put it back together, test with EK loop tester and pour the coolant. Im not pouring tap water into my loop for even a second. I buy 10L of distilled water for cleaning and rinsing.

Never needed to do that. I just rip apart my entire loop, clean the blocks with isopropanol and soft toothbrush (not the acrylic parts of course) and then just rebuild the loop. It usually takes only a day. This video is IMHO insanely complicated method and will only deter those, who want to start with watercooling.
Rule of thumb - never use pastel od dyes liquids. Clear premix lasts for ages, I usually change my liquid every other year and never had problems with clogging the blocks...
