Hi, Poland is a safe country, yes we have folks coming from all over the world to Poland. We have great food, clean country, low crime. If we use caution in our homeland, it's not only do we keep our citizens safe, but every tourist that visits won't have to worry about criminals. Welcome!

Well, because Polish is not an easy language to learn, I can see how Poles will remain surprised when meeting a Westerner who learned Polish as an adult. Btw, most of the Jews (who have a reputation for being smart), who lived in Poland before WW2, did not speak Polish.
