*Allu Arjun Granted Interim Bail by Telangana High Court After Fan's Tragic Death at *Pushpa 2 Premiere**

The Telangana High Court granted interim bail to Allu Arjun following his arrest by Hyderabad Police earlier on Friday. The arrest stemmed from a tragic incident at the Pushpa 2: The Rule premiere, where a fan lost their life during a stampede-like situation at Sandhya Theatre on December 4.

The court has allowed the actor to seek further legal remedies, stating, "We will grant interim bail for a certain period and let them avail appropriate remedies meanwhile," as quoted by *Bar and Bench*.

The unfortunate incident resulted in the death of a woman, while her son is currently recovering in a hospital. Following a complaint by the victim’s family, a case was filed against Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theatre management under sections 105 and 118(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) at the Chikkadpally police station.

The actor filed a plea to quash the FIR and requested a stay on further proceedings. Additionally, he announced financial assistance of ₹25 lakh for the deceased’s family. However, in a surprising turn of events, the victim's husband announced his intention to withdraw the complaint, stating that he did not hold Allu Arjun responsible.
