if not under warranty (since you have been refund), sell it for parts (ebay ?) ...
it would cost more to diagnose / repair ... than to sell : and these watches are a good way to start 7750 clones repair for beginner such as me
Beginner advice : first is to consider if the chrono has impact on the stopping or not (seem not ?), and if a hand is touching another one (some regularity when stopping ? every 5min / hour or so ?), the rotor does touch something ?
Fortunately for you this is the face down that make it stops working.: a way to diag is to
(1) open it from the back ...
(2) wait when it stops, and start gently touching / disassembling the balance/ pallet fork / escape wheel (something stuck ? where ?) ... (cannot go further on 7750)
could be the hands, a wheel encoutering another one or a pivot blocked ...
small equipment is needed ... so if you dont want to start this "addictive hobby" ... just sell it quick 🤣 believe me😂
