Lemon verbena is one of my favorites. I have a little bit every night. In fact, it is actually use as a sedative. It really helps you relax and fall asleep. I really love it so much, especially the-lemony smell.

Wow Cedrón or Lemon Verbena is native to my country (I’m from Chile) and it’s one of my favorite herbs for infusions or for adding it to Mate 🧉, it grows in my garden as a bush, it’s planted directly on the soil, no raised bed needed. It’s quite a hardy plant, just remember to harvest before it flowers and enjoy
