• season w/ s&p
• dredge each side of chx in flour then place in hot pan with olive oil and melted butter
after you sear the chicken on both sides add in your sage leaves to remaining butter& olive oil to make them nice and crispy.
remove sage leaves. add 1/2 cup dry white wine, lemon juice, and capers.
For the pasta:
• pappardelle egg pasta
• reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water
• sauté mushrooms with garlic, red pepper flakes& thyme
• mix in 1/3 cup of heavy cream and add pasta water 1/4 cup at a time
• mix in parm& manchego cheeses!
Top pasta w/ chicken and sage and enjoy!😇
