What I don’t like about pull-ups is that my weight fluctuates between 147 and 154 pounds so progressive overload is difficult to track. However keeping up with the skill is importabt for overall stregnth. I know that practice is underrated. When i practiced daily, at 160ish lbs, I could get about 5 clean one plus one or two messy ones. as I lost weight I swapped them with lat pulldowns to better track my progress. As I looked to build more muscle.This was about 5 month ago m. The other day I could only do 3 clean pull-ups even though I was lifting less weight than before, about 150 lbs instead of about 160. Anyone can learn and get better at pullups, as long as you have access to those muscles obviously.i just did a few reps throughout the day, at least twice a day, and slowly built up that skill. A good pullup bar is 100% worth the cost

Discovered them today and they are a godsend for me being allergic to oats, dairy and chickpeas they have 16g of protein per cookie it helps me get in calories and protein with some iron in it too for my eating troubles.❤
