I was surprised that the larvae that Queenie went into hibernation with last year in Autumn are still viable, 8 months later, and she's produced more eggs this May, two weeks ago now.

What a nice surprise to see last year's larvae looking so well, alongside the new batch of eggs. The larvae are 8 months old now, and I thought a flooding incident and very long hibernation period might put their development in jeopardy, but nah - they are lookin' great in there. Well done, you lot. Pupae stage comin' up, hopefully!
