I used to pull these plants (before flowers) out of my veggie garden by the wheelbarrows full, not knowing what they were. Because of your videos, i learned about fleabane's name and use as a tea. So, this time around, i left big patches and let them flower. I tried this tea for the very first time and it is lovely! Thank you, much!

I have never seen those, but there are daisies . They are similar to fleabane flowers, and can be made into a tea.

I let this one grow just because is it so pretty but I’ll try it as a tea!
Something I’ve been wondering but never see talked about is how to deal with the tiny bugs in flowers that you want to use for tea or tinctures and things. There are always flea beetles, caterpillars, aphids, and almost invisible light colored ones that like to jump around a lot. It’s so aggravating to dry herbs and then find that a caterpillar has been feasting in the jar. What do you do?

Man, flea bane is every where here in Kansas. How i learned what it was, was that I always thought it’s chamomile but it’s fleabane lol. So now every time I see a plant and think it’s chamomile I know it’s fleabane.

Theres a strain of these in the AZ desert that I collect for our seed library. I was processing their seeds and accidentally breathed in the tufts -- nearly sent myself to the ER lmao
It was like a violent dandelion

I know this is kinda out of the blue but I’ve been looking for a native plant that can be used medicinally for asthma attacks, is there such a thing or did ppl just stop breathing back in the day
