This desire to keep their finances separate is a major red flag to me, and also seeing her boyfriend go on all these holidays and spend all this money that could be a deposit for a house.
They should be living together and enjoying their life.
I feel like she’s throwing away her youth with this guy that doesn’t actually want to spend much time with her.

YTA if you mention it that way knowing she's going to shut you down. I would go for the "I want to understand your perspective" more, cause you might get her in a reflexive move. That said, you're NTA for having concerns.

Nta but op should not tell her to break up, just point these things out to her. Otherwise she'll turtle up and refuse to listen. It must be her choice.
