YTA if you mention it that way knowing she's going to shut you down. I would go for the "I want to understand your perspective" more, cause you might get her in a reflexive move. That said, you're NTA for having concerns.

REST OF THE STORY :
This desire to keep their finances separate is a major red flag to me, and also seeing her boyfriend go on all these holidays and spend all this money that could be a deposit for a house.
They should be living together and enjoying their life.
I feel like she’s throwing away her youth with this guy that doesn’t actually want to spend much time with her.
WIBTA if I laid these opinions out to her and told her I think she should break up with him?
