Past 6 months I started doing my own work... Part time since I still do a full 9 to 5.... Made about 10k and NONE of that money stay with me. All of it has been invested into better equipment and an old work truck. If everything goes as planned, everything from now on should be for profit. Like 6 months struggle to really Stat getting profit but now I'm set up. Keep the hustle going bro.

You did a great job! I would suggest always getting the weeds out of the cracks when pressure washing. It makes for a better finish.

What I do:
1) pressure wash the driveway lightly to get all the heavy dirt and grime off.
2) pre-treat with SH.
3) go over the drive way with 20 inch surface cleaner in an X pattern to avoid tiger stripes.
4) survey the area for any spots that need retouching.
5) pretreat again if necessary, and go over it with surface cleaner again in an X pattern.
6) spray water with regular garden hose to wash off the residual dirty water.

I didn’t use any chemicals on the concrete this time, but I most likely will next week sometime to get some of the black stains out of the concrete. Overall, I felt good about it.

Work your way up to a bigger pressure washer and bigger surface cleaner , speeds up your time and you make more money, less time means more time for more jobs

My number 1 piece of advice, start using chems sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and mix it with a surfactant to suspend the SH so it can stay on the surface longer + it’s a detergent and will improve your quality this is a must have for pressure washing 2nd either pump a lot of effort into your marketing or if your landing a lot of jobs already (usually a sign you too cheep) save up and get you a commercial grade 4 gallon per minute or higher machine you can change the nozzles on your surface cleaner to accommodate (sidenote get a pressure gauge and make sure you properly set the diverter to the correct pressure 3500psi is ideal)

Definitely get you SH and a backpack or pump sprayer. And advertisement is key to alot of leads. Great job man. Learn how to work on your own equipment as well. Dnt stop make that money
