1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
4 TBSP Butter
1 Bay Leaf
8 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar
1 Box Elbow Macaroni
Salt & Pepper

Mix the milk and flour together until it combines. Add the bay leaf and butter. Bring to a boil, and then simmer until the mixture thickens (it should coat the back of a spoon).

Whisk in the cheese, and simmer until the cheese has melted. Add the elbow macaroni, and mix until well combined.

Add the mixture into a greased pan, and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.

Let mixture rest for 5-10 minutes, and serve.
