Lauki Aur MoongDal Curry


Ingredients 


2-3 tbsp of oil

1 tsp whole zeera 

1 bay leaf 

1/2 tsp haldi

A pinch of hing

Saute for a few seconds 

1 bowl of cut lauki( bottle gourd)

Saute

1/2 tsp each  of ginger and garlic paste

1/2 cup of moong dal washed and soaked for 1/2 an hour.

Saute

1/4 tsp turmeric powder again

1/2 tsp chilli powder 

1 tsp salt

1 whole green chilli 

1 glass of water

Cover and cook for around 10 min

Garnish with coriander leaves and 1/2 tbsp ghee.
