The TRUTH is...the 'Word of GOD' is Love but 'believe' is a word of the devil and religious corruption of Spiritual Truth. That is the deception of the devil getting people to believe in religion instead of walking the Spiritual Path.
These people being described are 'Believers' and not among the 'Faithful'. Of them Christ said; 'Fast to their lips but far from their hearts."
