Lemon Garlic Maggi ππΆοΈπ
Ingredients:
β’ 1 packet Maggi noodles
β’ 1 tbsp oil
β’ 5β6 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
β’ 1 green chili (chopped)
β’ ΒΌ tsp turmeric powder
β’ Β½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
β’ 1 Maggi tastemaker (from the packet)
β’ Salt (as needed)
β’ Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
β’ Β½ lemon (for juice)
Instructions:
1. Boil the Maggi:
Boil the noodles in water until just cooked (donβt overcook).
Strain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
2. Prepare the tempering:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic and green chili β sautΓ© until golden and fragrant.
3. Add spices:
Add salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
4. Add the Maggi tastemaker:
Sprinkle the tastemaker into the pan and mix everything together.
5. Add noodles:
Now add the boiled Maggi noodles. Mix well so the masala coats evenly.
6. Finish:
Add chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Toss once and serve hot.
Optional Tip:
For extra flavor, you can add a few drops of soy sauce or a pinch of crushed pepper before adding lemon.
