CI are like wolves, SCPF is a giant bear, there are different CI which have different logos, each can say to be one wolf, they strategy is to not destroy the foundation quickly, but to make it exhaust and then “eat it”.
You see, every raid by the CI can seen as a “bite”, which causes wounds and bleeding to the bear, while the bear trying to heal the wounds, another “wolf” bite it, and then again, again and again.
And soon if the bear got exhausted, it’s the wolves turn to finally devour it. Aka, bringing down the foundation.
CI is weak and are nothing compared to the Foundation, however, which each lots of raids, it can make the foundation to become exhausted and its their turn to defeat the SCPF.
But that ain’t gonna happen bc the foundation always get funding from multiple nations.

Well it depends which Task Force, as each unit is specialised in a different area, and depending on your cannon the Chaos Insurgency was originally founded by a break away group of Alpha-1.
