Definitely agree and with items in general, if it’s not in the condition they stated it was in or didn’t disclose flaws then they should have to pay for the return, I had a situation a while bk and the seller was awful also , it’s one major thing I really dislike about vinted

It's law in the EU, even if your business is outside the EU. So if you do business with EU citizens, you should know that.
Maybe you need to elect some sensible politicians?
This actually extends to the 14 day return period for all online orders. You can return items within 14 days after delivery, without any reason given.
