Here’s the truth though 👉🏼 you can’t expect people to know like and trust you if you aren’t 💯 authentic on video.

Ya gotta find what makes you unique - and lean into it.

Don’t try and dull your you-ness to fit someone else’s standards of what is acceptable.

Lean into exactly what makes you special.

What makes you NOT for everyone.

For me? I have a lot of energy and I’m LOUD AF. And it is TOO MUCH for lots of people. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But that’s okay - because those are not MY people 😜

Another example? I’m not afraid to speak out when someone can’t stick up for themselves.

And that makes some people uncomfortable.

But not MY people.

Okay one more - I’m not afraid of talking about hard things.

Eating disorders? ✔️
Anxiety? ✔️
Fear of rejection + others opinions? ✔️
