Korean here. It's always interesting to figure out what part of the Korean language non-koreans actually struggle with๐ I would say ใ
is the actual s sound in most latin alphabet-based languages including English, Spanish, Indonesian etc. ใ
on the other hand, is a comfortable sound like she mentioned in the video, so it should be way more relaxed. It could be a bit tricky to pronounce, cause this sound doesn't really exist in most languages I know๐
