But I donât let it affect me because I know that THE most important thing is how I feed them most of the time, not ALL of the time.
There are people who say things like, âno amount of sugar is ever ok!â Or insert anything else besides sugar in that statement like âjunky oils,â âadditives,â or âartificial stuff,â or âchemicals.â
The overwhelming body of scientific evidence tells us that healthy dietary PATTERNS are indeed important. But itâs the same way that you donât need to exercise every single day of your life to be healthy. You donât need to eat perfectly ever single day of your life to still have healthy patterns and an overall good diet.
So please donât stress about the fun foods, as long as itâs within an overall healthy diet for your little one.

I recently saw something like "Foods arent 'bad.' Either your body likes them or your brain likes them. You need a combination of both to stay happy and healthy." Its so true! Junk food in moderation is good for you, and having 0 junk food will NOT lead to healthy moderation. We all know this by now, some just choose to ignore it
