I'm on 100kg and can't do a single pull up yet (but getting better). Now I hear that I should add about 70% of my weight to be ready for muscle up... nice. :D

Actually it is not true, because I can do without any problem 6 or 7 muscle up, but if you ask me to do weigthed pull-ups, i can do only 12 kg for 8 reps

I'm 6 foot 6, weigh about 98kgs, I've been training calisthenics for about 6 months now and am currently using the 5x5 method. I'm at 20kg weighted pull ups at the moment (5x5) should I be doing more by now? If so is there a better method? I'm struggling to break this threshold!
