over the last couple of days, you’ve been the only fitness YouTuber who’s motivated me. I do your workouts and watch your videos before and after working out, I don’t know why. but lately I’ve always had fun exercising ever since I started doing your workouts, and even though it’s only been a couple days, I feel sm better. I think I did right by following you when I started getting into exercise 2 years ago. Thanks to you & other few similar youtubers who emphasized the importance of not getting hard on yourself & allowing your body the balance it needs. I started gym recently & I'm able to prioritise that it's not all about & making your body better. It's about feeling more good & better about yourself & being able to eat what you like. I have no end goal weight gain goal(I'm skinny) or the like in specific but I'm mainly going to gym because it's fun & I will gradually get stronger & getting toned is just part of the cool bonuses 💪

Tbh I feel like I’ve been following disorder like habits. And I’ve been really insecure about my stomach even though it’s literally almost completely flat. I’ve been struggling to eat, and have been drinking 0 calorie energy drinks to stay full. But I’m really hoping to pull through and be more confident in myself. Your channel is really helping me find a balance. And I give you my thanks for that

You really motivate me a lot to keep following up on my goals to be healthier and live a healthier lifestyle. The past year I have been really gaining bad habits, I’m not sure why but I used to have a lot better lifestyle but not as good as you motivate me to and how much I’ve always wanted it to be. I used to have sever anxiety and social anxiety, and I also was insecure from elementary school as i developed these anxieties when puberty hit. I always wanted to be happy as it always seemed other lives of my peers mainly were happier and I was always left out, that effected my self esteem and self love negatively. It took me many many years through school to be able to find myself and slowing build up to love myself, then things have also come in the way that I didn’t expect, and then last year I had somehow just let go of myself and developed many bad habits I didn’t want, overeating, lack of motivation to go outside and move around, eating foods very low in nutrients, just to name a few. And many times I have been going through a cycle of motivation and then go back down, I say, today I’m going to do it, I’m going to do better, then I go back down. And I know what to do to get back on track, I realized that I just need the motivation, and thanks to you for also helping me because ever since I have found your channel, it has helped me a lot also with the things to do to help me get back on track. But this video really just describes a lot, the vibes, the everything what I want, and it’s in a way I feel different than I did when I thought others had a better life, you helped me to see that it is possible for me to live that happy life and not stress about trying to have that life like it seems so good with others, and I have to work for it. This video and the vibes and message of who I want to be also describes similar to what you do, I always have wanted to be positive and be sunshine for others, and also be sunshine for myself, and really love myself, and like you said, work with your body not against it, I see it more now, and it also teaches me to surround myself with positive people and upbuilding friends, like you 😊thank you very much, I really appreciate it
