It wasn’t until I started pairing my silicone based primers & foundations and my water based primers & foundations together until I realized this was the key to get my makeup to stay looking glowy and beautiful all day long.

If you’re dealing with separating makeup, give this a try! Based on my current collection of primers and foundations, I’ve noticed the majority are silicone based, but do a double check by looking at the ingredients list. If you see any ingredients that end in -cone, –conol, –silane or –siloxane, that product is a silicone based product. If you don’t see any of these ingredients, it is a water based product.
