Had a Tech4 gearless from 30 years ago, when torqued on it broke because it doesn't have teeth. It used binding roller bearings which I believe got crushed. I still have some gearless wrenches that are awesome but you still have to break stuff free. If you need one, your disassembling it wrong, lazily.

It would be much easier to place the wrench handle on the other side of that gap. You could turn it so much more than when it is between those two barriers.
