Toilet training is literally the worst stage!! They have all the control and no matter how much candy and praise they still call the shots! Just when your getting some where they stop!!🤪😒🧛

Put a diaper on and put the little one down for a nap. Potty training is going to happen on their time. If they won't go or can't go, then they are not ready. Kids can control very little in their lives, and this is one. I potty trained late by most standards, but it was easy. I did not fight it or push it, ain't nobody got time for that.

Have you tried paying him? This worked with one of my kids. You could give him a dime each time he goes which goes into his piggy bank which should be visible.

We started writing down what time they went #2 to help us gage when to keep an eye on them. It wasn't constant, but we saw a pattern. That really helped.
