Struggling to squat deep?

💪 Let’s start from the ground up—your ankles might be the culprit! If you find your squat depth lacking, ankle mobility could be the key to unlocking that range of motion.

In this video, Tom Merrick AKA ‪@BodyweightWarrior‬ walks you through a quick ankle mobility test to see if this is your limiting factor and show you four simple drills to improve your flexibility. From soft tissue work with a broomstick to targeting stubborn calves, this routine will help you regain control over your ankle range and get deeper into your squat.

✅ Ready to strengthen those feet and ankles even more? Check out the Foot & Ankle course over on the Vivo Health platform! bit.ly/3yH9Ml0

I can't squat low without weights. It feels so easy when weightlifting though. Never any pain.
