From Colette: "I started taking concert photos on Game Boy Camera because I like the challenge of it. Phones and digital cameras have made great photography somewhat idiotproof, which is great because there’s so much great photography from people who’d otherwise never get started, but the stock Game Boy Camera’s limitations – 0.014 megapixels, a four-color palette, the way stage lights flood everything out – make getting legible shots difficult, let alone ones that are worth showing off. You have to pay close attention to everything and you have to be really lucky and you have to be cool when someone taps you on the shoulder and goes “Woah, is that a Game Boy?” The life of a Game Boy photographer is glamorous, but it isn’t for everyone!"
