Если белок и желток отлелить,тогда белок получится вкуснее и толще,а желток будет жидким,а главное не будет тянуться белок!

Разогрейте сковороду.
Чуть маслица.
Разбейте яйца.
И по краю сковороды добавьте 1-2 столовых ложек водички.
Краешки яичницы не подгорят.
И возни меньше.
