We were recently alerted to a snake that needed a home, of course when we contacted the owner we were told "They are all well cared for, in perfect health, I'm a great keeper" only to arrive and find this gorgeous lavender female reticulated python in a roach infested house with no heat or water. This is a perfect opportunity to talk about things like this that happen every day.
