Jiraya don't have anything to counter Susanoo nor amaterasu. He get folded against Sasuke or Itachi.
Jiraiya struggled against an Orochimaru that is inferior to Itachi.
Jiraiya can't do anything against Obito either.
9/10 would lose against Nagato.
Hell even Kisame would be a very tough 50/50 fight against Jiraiya.
The only reason Itachi Kisame pair don't get Naruto in their first encounter is because Itachi is double agent and exxagerate Jiraiya prowess.
