I feel motivated just watching and imagining trying to regain my strength. Im 58 and found you after searching for an explanation and guild regarding the pain in my pelvis when i walk! 58 years old and fairly active. Though I don’t do any type of formal exercise I hike in the forest with my dogs regularly as a mushroom forager. This came on almost overnight and is quite alarming. I’ve developed pain in my lower back.
