Not necessarily. We have to do it to gain composure, meditate over things, get clarity if you will or sometimea to set boundaries that we don't ennounciate easily. Like I did 7 months ago. Yes we do feel at ease and we give you subtle hints that is ok to come back. Like unblocking you. I guess he didn't got mine.😢
