Buying a cheap pack of carrot seeds will do the same. You’re paying for the pot and coco coir. Carrots also should be sown straight, disrupting them often can kill or disturb the tuber (the root, vegetable part).

First of all, that's just an estimation and second of all, most people don't have grow lamps / incubators that you do so it may take up to 28 days for it to start maturing. Not to mention 5 days is not a big bit of difference. 🙄

This video was made last summer so I’m not sure if Target has carrot kits this year but I’ve seen other little kits in their seasonal aisle. I’m not a fan of grow kits but they can be a fun activity for kids! 😄
