Yes, they do feel pain. It has actually been demonstrated that crustaceans both feel pain, and anticipate pain from something and fear it.
The argument that crustaceans don't feel pain despite actively avoiding painful stimuli is argued to be due to reflexes. It turns out that when you give a range of decapods painkillers, those behaviors are reduced but not entirely stopped (Elwood, 2021).
When you file a protocol for approval by an Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), you have to explain pain and fear mitigation measures for crustaceans.
