#6 Remember that knowledge is obtainable anywhere, so perhaps listen to someone in a little better shape.

#7 Trying to mimic movements off of YouTube is unhealthy and a great way to injure yourself.

#8 Keep kicking ass and then kick more ass, show off when you got more to show.

#9 Always practice technique versus looking messy with a smaller weight, as foundations need to be in great condition to grow power with a squat movement.
