Drip is good if youβre a βset it and forget itβ type of investor, but if you actively check your portfolio, you can find better opportunities with dividends than drip. It makes more sense to more than dividend into a position thatβs down to DCA instead of dripping into a possibly over valued position.

I see it like this let the dividends flow into your bank account with your active income and at the end of the month invest half your profits. You're still reinvesting dividends but at the same time actually starting to replace your active income with them.
