Look, Iāve seen a lot fitness and workout videos, and thereās a lot of good tips out there, but this guyās stuff really is some of the best.
Itās straight to the point w/great visuals and not some dumb trend that doesnāt actually make improvements. Iāve gotten a lot more out of his reels than I have from someone with some 8 min video over explaining something.
