Look, Iā€™ve seen a lot fitness and workout videos, and thereā€™s a lot of good tips out there, but this guyā€™s stuff really is some of the best.

Itā€™s straight to the point w/great visuals and not some dumb trend that doesnā€™t actually make improvements. Iā€™ve gotten a lot more out of his reels than I have from someone with some 8 min video over explaining something.

This is a truly great format, and I genuinely appreciate this as someone right between beginner and intermediate gym-goer. It's so strange that these minor adjustments will change an exercise so drastically, but close neutral grip pull downs are much easier for me to feel.
